The first such fairs, two levels for exhibitors, more than ten companies and hundreds of students - the pilot Job Fairs for students and graduates of "on-shore" fields of study took place at the Maritime University of Szczecin.

The University, although commonly associated with work at sea, also educates specialists who continue their career on-shore.
